We are the premier wrestling club in the Owensboro area. We provide opportunities to practice and compete in Folkstyle Wrestling for any boy or girl ages four through fourteen.

October 19th - February 21st. Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 6:00-7:30pm

Aces Middle School Wrestling Takes 8th at State
The Aces Middle School Wrestling Team took 8th place out of 88 team at the 2025 KY Wrestling State Tournament. Teddy Brauer become the first ever Aces Wrestling Club Middle School State back-to-back Champion and Westin Clark becomes the 2nd wrestler to place at MS State, placing 5th.
2026 Middle School Region 2 Dual ChampsAces Wrestling Club is the Back-to-Back 2025 & 2026 Region 2 Dual Team Champs.
2026 Middle School Region 2 Individual ChampsAces Wrestling Club took 1st place in the 2026 Region 2 Individual Tournament. As a team we had 6 regional champs, 4 regional runner-ups, and sent a total of 15 wrestlers on to the State Tournament. As a team we scored 283 team points beating 2nd place by 118 points.
2026 Youth Regionals a Success
Aces Wrestling Youth Club are sending a whopping 16 wrestlers to the 2026 KY Youth State Wrestling Tournament. Jaxon Aull finished as the first State Champion for Aces Youth Wrestling and Gus Murphy finished 3rd in State.
Aces Wrestling Club is Open to ALL Wrestlers!
Aces wrestling is open to all boys and girls in Owensboro and the surrounding areas. Although all practices are held at Owensboro Catholic High School, you do not have to be enrolled in the Catholic School System to wrestle with us. Aces Wrestling Club is chartered through USA Wrestling and is not affiliated with the Owensboro Catholic School system.
Wrestling is fun, but it is also a difficult sport; any person willing to come to practice and do the work will earn, and be shown, the proper respect. We are excited to welcome any and all wrestlers into our wrestling family.

WE ALSO HAVE MULTIPLE PRE-SEASONS THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER. oNE PRE-SEASON PRIOR TO THE KHSAA DEAD PERIOD, AND THE SECOND ONE IMMIDIATELY AFTER THE DEAD PERIOD.

Eric Dewig
Associate Head Coach
Coach Dewig has over 20 years of coaching experience at the youth, middle school, and varsity levels. He wrestled in High School for Mater Dei in Evansville, Indiana where he captured multiple team state championships under Coach Gable.
